Consumer Direct Care Network Idaho serves as the Fiscal/Employer Agent (F/EA) for qualifying adults and children with disabilities who self-direct their care. We understand that you are the expert when it comes to the care you need. As the F/EA, we are here to support your choices.

We specialize in services and supports that allow you choice and control so you can remain safe, healthy, and independent in your home and community.

F/EA supports and services include:

Participant and caregiver enrollment
Participant and caregiver training
Caregiver background checks
Time submission and payroll
Withholding and filing of participant and caregiver payroll taxes
Budget activity monitoring
Vendor payments
Compliance with rules and regulations
